Aluminized steel pan for pastry and pizza
Baking trays made of aluminium sheet, specific for use in pastry shops, pizzerias and bakeries, are ideal for baking up to 295 °C (beyond this threshold may deform). The aluminium foil trays are made of 90% aluminum and 10% silicon, which makes them very resistant to oxidation, so they are also recommended for use in leavening and freezing cells.
