Aluminized teflon steel pan for pastry and pizza
Pans specific for use in pastry, pizzerias and bakeries made of aluminized sheet metal, are ideal for baking up to 295 C (above this threshold can be deformed). The aluminium foil trays are made of 90% aluminum and 10% silicon, which makes them very resistant to oxidation, so they are also recommended for use in leavening and freezing cells.
