Blue aluminized steel teflon-coated pan for pastry and pizza
Trays specific for use in pastry, pizzerias and bakeries made of bluita aluminum sheet. Aluminium baking pans are ideal for baking up to 295 °C (above this threshold may deform). Bluita sheet should be used exclusively for baking in the oven as if used in too wet environments such as the cells of fermentation tends to rust.
