Grazie al sottovuoto ed alla sigillatura si ottiene un notevole allungamento della conservazione del prodotto. Tutte le macchine sono costruite in acciaio inox, hanno la vasca stampata, il coperchio in plexiglass trasparente. La barra saldante è azionata da pistoni pneumatici, le pompe del sottovuoto sono a bagno d’olio.
