Countertop batch freezer for ice-cream

Ice cream Chef 3L AUTOMATIC prepares your ice cream and when ready, it automatically keeps in the machine at the ideal temperature for as long as you need. The developed software allows to detect the density of the preparation and once a certain consistency is reached, automatically activate the preservation function. The machine is very flexible, allowing to work in automatic or manual mode.
