One touch of a button activates a fully automatic process for the production and storage of ice cream. The control panel allows a constant reading of the consistency of the ingredients being processed, regardless of whether you are preparing an ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt or a granita. The electronic card manages a series of controls and when the ice cream is ready, automatically activates the storage cycle, allowing to preserve the product at perfect consistency for the desired time.

A safety device automatically locks the blade when you raise the cover. The possibility of continuous working allows a quick preparation of different flavors. The body is completely in stainless steel, as well as the removable basket and mixing blade, equipped with interchangeable inserts.
