Countertop batch freezer for ice-cream.

One touch of a button activates a fully automatic process for the production and storage of ice cream. The control panel allows a constant reading of the consistency of the ingredients being processed, regardless of whether you are preparing an ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt or a granita. The electronic card manages a series of controls and when the ice cream is ready, automatically activates the storage cycle, allowing to preserve the product at perfect consistency for the desired time.

The cooling and mixing systems are designed for intensive production cycles, a safety device automatically locks the blade when the cover is raised. The body is completely in stainless steel, as well as the removable basket and mixing blade, equipped with interchangeable inserts.
