Dough sheeters/Roll millOmab

Machine built in welded steel is suitable for rolling the dough and making it sheet. This is possible due to the differential speed of the 2 conveyor belts. The rollers are made of thick chromed steel, with top and bottom scrapers for extreme ease of disassembly for cleaning the machine. This facility is also found in the assembly and disassembly of conveyor frames. The machine is equipped with a pedal for the control of the two directions of travel and a graduated scale with its handle stop for adjustment of the thickness
of the dough to be rolled.

Extreme safety at work is provided by two protection panels and the 24V electrical system according to law. It is equipped with 2 rolling pins, upper flour grinder and flour pickers under the rollers and conveyor frames. Once the work is finished, the conveyor belts are lifted to reduce the machine’s footprint.

The frames are removable.
