The cooking is quick and homogeneous; or by means of electric resistance (in stainless steel) with variable power, regulated by a Tele-Thermostat.
An acoustic detector (timer with a ring) signals the operator that the product has been cooked, its extraction is facilitated by the lever that allows the rotation of the tank. It is also equipped with a protective anti-injury grid.
