Tilting bratt pans

Tiltable bratt pans with stainless steel cooking tank, lid of closing the stainless steel tank mounted on hinges. Water loading by means of solenoid valves with push-button control on the front panel. Heating by means of resistors placed in direct contact with the bottom of the tank. Temperature adjustment from 100°C to 285°C by means of thermostat connected to the switch, safety thermostat that intervenes in case of failure. Indicator that indicates the operation of resistors, ergonomic knobs protection to water IPX5.
