With a clean design, this product has been developed to store and preserve ice-cream. It comes in stainless steel finish, with its engine located at the bottom side to provide a more comfortable goods storage-system. The GEX 688V model is a perfect combination of technological improvements and manufacturing experience, fitted with foamed door handle, self-closing door, digital controller with open-door and high-temperature alarm to avoid energy waste. This model is supplied with 10 adjustable shelves GN2/1, in order to store 46 GN1/3 ice cream pans (150mm – Depth) or 58 5L ice cream pans (360x165X120 mm), ventilated cooling system, eco-friendly gas R290 and 80mm insulation foam on each side to ensure optimum energy-saving. To complete the high-end features list, it comes with removable filter, internal vertical LED light and lock fitted as standard; as well as reversible door and height-adjustable feet on demand.
