Two Cylinder Bread moulder

Machinery suitable for the production of fillets of all types and sizes. The pulp is conveyed, via a belt, to the rolled rolls rectified and chromed to thickness. The cylinders undergo a special additional polishing, which allows an optimal separation of the dough. Thanks to the use of felt wool this machine gives a perfect winding of the vein. For small quantities of dough, it is possible to block the movement of the upper roller in order to roll out the dough. The resulting flow can be directed either to the operator or to the opposite side.
