This machine is ideal for your pastry shop. With special cast iron gears in oil bath, greases and a modern system for fixing the scraper blades make it not only very reliable but also very fast and practical in cleaning.

Its very robust construction with steel base and shoulders, make it undoubtedly at the forefront in the field of refiners. The perfectly ground porphyry cylinders can be moved away from each other while remaining parallel by means of the hand wheel. The rear cylinder is oscillating on its own axis to better carry out refining.

The machine is equipped with safety protection of a low voltage 24V electrical system according to the law.
